This is not coaching in the conventional sense.

There are no pre built frameworks to follow, no generic accountability systems, and no motivational pressure in any direction.

What exists instead is built around you. Principles applied to your specific patterns. Check ins when the work calls for them. Proximity that responds to what is actually happening, not what a programme says should be happening.

There is no standard programme, because the work is shaped entirely around what each person actually needs. That said, every engagement shares the same foundation.

Bi weekly deep dive sessions

75 to 90 minutes. We go straight to what is running the show and work at that level.

Direct access via WhatsApp for the moments that matter outside of sessions.

In person immersions are available when depth or timing calls for it.

Investment

This is not about buying time on a calendar.

Private advisory is a significant investment in time, attention, and financial commitment. I am transparent about that because the work requires all three.

Engagements are structured across 6 or 12 month containers, with pricing shaped around depth of access and scope of work.

If you are in South Africa, local pricing is available. One off intensive sessions are available at $900 USD for leaders who want a single deep dive before committing to a longer container.

The most important thing to know is this: if this is not a clear yes for both of us, we do not move forward.
