What types of coaching do you offer?
We offer private executive coaching and leadership advisory for founders and executives, delivered through 1:1 mentorship, select group immersions, and hybrid models that combine virtual and in-person work.
Our coaching integrates emotional regulation, nervous system capacity, leadership clarity, communication, strategy, and personal integration. While the work often touches business, relationships, parenting, and health, it is always customised to the individual rather than delivered as a fixed program.
What is Human Design, and how does it fit into your coaching?
Human Design offers insight into how individuals are wired to make decisions, manage energy, and relate to pressure.
We use it as a secondary profiling and energetic insight tool — similar to an Enneagram or personality framework — to support leadership clarity, communication style, and decision-making. It is never used as dogma or identity, and it does not replace practical leadership or emotional work.
Do you offer online or hybrid sessions?
Yes. Many clients work with us virtually from around the world.
Others choose a hybrid model that includes in-person intensives or retreats in South Africa. The format is shaped around your responsibilities, schedule, and capacity rather than forcing a rigid structure.
Who typically works with Frequency Coaching?
We work with high-achieving men and women — founders, CEOs, executives, investors, and operators — who have built external success but feel the internal cost.

We offer single sessions, multi-month private containers, intensives, and retreats. Exact pricing is shared during an initial conversation to ensure the work is aligned and appropriate.
Do you offer exclusive coaching packages?
Yes. Our most immersive offering is a private 1:1 intensive that may include a custom retreat in South Africa.
These containers are intentionally limited and designed for leaders seeking deep recalibration, integration, and long-term sustainability rather than short-term optimisation.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Flexible payment options are available for select engagements, depending on the structure and scope of the work.
Do you offer corporate or business coaching?

What can I expect from a retreat?

Coaching Approach
What kind of leaders do you typically work with?
We work with leaders who are no longer interested in pushing through pressure or managing symptoms.
They are ready to address emotional load, capacity limits, communication patterns, and internal strain so leadership becomes sustainable and embodied rather than performative.
What coaching methods do you use?
We use the Frequency Alignment Method (Align → Activate → Amplify).
This approach blends emotional regulation, nervous system work, leadership strategy, communication refinement, somatic integration, NLP-informed techniques, and supportive profiling tools such as Human Design.
The emphasis is always on practical integration rather than surface-level mindset or behavioural hacks.
Can coaching support emotional management and communication?
Yes. Emotional regulation and communication are core components of this work.
By stabilising the nervous system and increasing internal capacity, clients naturally improve how they respond under pressure, communicate boundaries, navigate conflict, and lead relationally — at work and at home.
Does coaching ever include parenting or re-parenting work?
Yes, when relevant.
For many leaders, parenting dynamics, emotional inheritance, and early conditioning directly impact how they lead, relate, and regulate themselves. This work may include conscious parenting support, re-parenting practices, and guidance around creating emotional safety within the family system — always integrated carefully and respectfully.
Can coaching include health, nutrition, or supplementation guidance?
Yes, where appropriate.
Leadership capacity is closely linked to physical health and nervous system resilience. Some clients benefit from guidance around nutrition, supplementation, recovery, and daily structure as part of a broader capacity-building approach. These elements are supportive, optional, and never prescriptive.
How long does a typical coaching session last?
Standard sessions are 45–60 minutes.
Intensives and retreat-based sessions run longer, depending on the format and goals of the engagement.

How do I book a session or retreat?
You can book directly through the website or reach out via email or WhatsApp.
An initial conversation helps determine whether the work is a good fit and which container is most appropriate.
Where are you located?
We work with clients globally via Google Meet/ Zoom and host in-person intensives and retreats in South Africa.
Can sessions be rescheduled?
Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
