General

Why work with Nick instead of a business coach?

Most business coaches focus on the business. This work focuses on the person responsible for it. Businesses don't make decisions, carry pressure, navigate uncertainty, or lead teams — people do. Strategy, execution, and accountability matter, but they are only part of the picture. Every business is ultimately an extension of the person leading it. When that person is overwhelmed, reactive, or operating from an outdated identity, no amount of strategy creates lasting change. This work provides trusted judgement, honest reflection, and strategic clarity — sometimes applied to a leadership challenge or a business decision, sometimes to a relationship or a question of purpose. The common thread is helping people see themselves clearly enough to lead well.

Who does this work for?

Founders, executives, and high-performing individuals who carry significant responsibility and feel stretched internally despite external success. Most are capable, driven, and already respected — but operating with reduced capacity because of sustained pressure, emotional load, or an identity built around performing a certain way. This is for people seeking clarity and sustainable leadership, not quick fixes or motivation.

Is the work confidential?

Yes. Every engagement is built on complete discretion. All personal, relational, and business matters shared within an advisory relationship remain confidential.

Do you work with both men and women?

Yes. The expressions of pressure may differ, but the underlying patterns — overload, decision fatigue, reduced presence — are consistent. All work is shaped around the individual rather than delivered as a fixed program.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Private advisory is delivered remotely to clients across multiple countries. In-person intensives are available for clients who want to work face-to-face, depending on timing and context.

The Work Itself

What makes this different from executive coaching or therapy?

Most coaching works at the level of behaviour and strategy — what you should do differently. Therapy often works at the level of history — what happened and how it continues to shape you. This work sits at the intersection of identity, nervous system capacity, and leadership: examining the patterns currently active and directly shaping your decisions, relationships, and performance. It's practical and grounded in what's real right now, not abstract or motivational.

How is the work structured?

At its core, this is advisory soundboarding — a space to think out loud with someone who can see what you can't from inside the pressure. The work slows the situation down enough to see what's actually happening: the assumption hidden inside a decision, the identity being protected, the moment clarity narrows and an old strategy starts making the choice for you. Coaching is one skill used within that, not the whole of it — when a season calls for accountability or a more direct nudge to follow through, that's brought in as needed, rather than run as a fixed structure of check-ins. Private advisory is built around long-term support: regular sessions for real-time thinking and reflection, combined with the deeper work of shifting decision-making patterns and building sustainable leadership rhythms over time. Every container is shaped around the season of life and business the client is actually in.

How long are sessions, and how long does an engagement run?

Standard advisory sessions run 75–90 minutes. Engagements are typically structured across multi-month containers to allow real integration, rather than one-off sessions — though a single deep-dive conversation is available for leaders who want to test fit before committing further.

What typically changes?

The shift is usually quiet before it's visible. Most clients notice decisions becoming cleaner and internal noise reducing before anything changes externally. From there, leadership steadies, communication clarifies, and presence returns — at work and at home. Capacity expands not because more is added, but because what was leaking it gets resolved.

Fit

Who is this not a good fit for?

This work isn't for people looking for quick fixes, motivational hype, or surface-level performance hacks. It requires honesty, self-responsibility, and a willingness to slow down enough for something real to surface. If someone isn't willing to look at their own patterns, or is expecting to be fixed rather than to do the work, this isn't the right fit.

Do you offer corporate or team advisory?

Yes. Corporate advisory works with leadership teams and organisations where leadership behaviour is shaping the health of the wider system. These engagements begin with stabilising leadership capacity and decision ownership before expanding into broader organisational work, so that systems and strategy are built on clean leadership signal rather than strain.

Investment & Getting Started

What does private advisory cost?

This is a premium engagement, priced accordingly. Private advisory begins at $16,000 USD for a 6-month container and is shaped from there around the depth of access, the season you're in, and the scope of what needs to change — not a fixed menu of hours or a standard package.

What you're investing is more than the fee. It's your time, your honesty, and your willingness to actually look at what's running the show — the work asks for real commitment, not passive attendance. Payment plans are available for select engagements, and the exact investment is confirmed once fit has been established on both sides, during the application process.

This isn't the right fit for everyone, and it isn't meant to be. If the investment gives you pause before you've even had the conversation, that's worth sitting with rather than dismissing — but it shouldn't stop you from applying. The right conversation will tell you more than any number on a page.

How do I get started?

Submit an application through the site. Applications are reviewed personally within 48 hours. If there's a potential fit, you'll be invited into a private conversation — not a sales call, but a genuine assessment of whether this is right for both sides.

Can sessions be rescheduled?

Yes. Online sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. In-person sessions that involve travel are invoiced at least a week in advance, so those need more lead time to adjust.
